Drum Lesson 3: Retarded Left Hand Con't (Old)
Okie... my instructor is a very consistent person.. tats why he can play consistent beats and be a drummer... tats why he is late for 15 mins for the first lesson, 30 mins on the 2nd lesson and 45 mins on the 3rd lesson... see how consistent he is... he is consistently late and can maintain to be consistently late for 15 mins more each time.. he really space out his coins you noe... so judging from tat he will be late for 1 hour the next week... hmmm.... we shall see... anyway he is going to makeup the 45 mins by giving us another 1 hour lesson so i'm not going to grumble tooo much (keyword is too)...
Well on to 3rd lessons i can just continue to comment tat my left is still as retarded as before.. the fast finger moving action still can't be achieve.. and he also comment tat my actions were too small... so back to basic again... arghhhh....
anyway the instructor is as comical as before... the way he try to explain crochets and minum to GF was so funny... and the way GF remembers it also very 讚.. just her 老本行... Oh and he comment tat we should remember it all our life and guess wat my heart is thinking? obviously i can't remember it all my life.. cos i already learn it before and i forgot cleanly about it (okie except crochet) in just 10 years time... so don't expect me to remember it all my life okie.. btw i also find out about semi-breve.. the one which i comment in my drum lesson 2 posting where i say i forgot the 4 beat is call wat... yeah that round oval thing.. so i found out yesterday its call semi-breve... (see how cleanly i have forgotten everything?)
and i kena "scolded" for forgetting to bring my notebook... so i have to remember next lesson.. which i think very likely i will forget again.. GF please remind me.. actually i'm thinking of bringing the notebook then purposely forget about the pen.. cos he only ask me to bring notebook mah.. nvr ask me to bring pen... hahahaa.. sorry just trying to be S.T.U.P.I.D....
anyway i also saw the digital metronome.. okie forgive me for being a "sua ku" cos i'm seriously one... nvr saw a digital metronome before.. have always been using those traditional kind.. actually i prefer the traditional kind.. look so neat.. the new kind looks like some radio.. but its easier to carry around i guess...
so looking forward to Lesson 4... :)
